Announcement I am a self taught artist helping to preserve the tradition of folk art and the handmade. My small creatures recall a simpler time when everything was made by hand from the highest quality materials. I hope to reinterpret and honor the beauty of the natural world through my art, while creating heirloom quality items that will hopefully be passed down for generations. Some of my most treasured possessions are simple toys and handmade wonder that belonged to the generations of my family that came before me. Though they may show signs of wear and love, they possess a beauty and quality that can be rare these days.

My work is intended for anyone young at heart. He contains small parts and doesn't like to be handled roughly but he is a wonder to children and adults alike.

I purchased this beautiful deer to go with the others I've purchased from Cary. I've purchased other animals as well. I don't know how she creates these but her talents are amazing. The elephant is beautiful! Thank you so much for your quick help in sending it overnight the same afternoon and for even making an adjustment to the color blanket on his back so it would match the decor of the recipient's nursery! I couldn't be happier.

This is such an adorable and beatifully hand made penquin by Cary. Her craftmanship is superb and the penquin is so adorable. I am sure my daughter will love it when she opens this surprise gift on Christmas day.
